Coopers brewery actually has a really long history, going back over 140 years. I opted for their sparkling ale to test this time. Colour is a cloudy golden, with yeast sediment very visible at the bottom of my glass. The head doesn’t last too long and it smells of citrus but only slightly. Flavour is similar, citrusy but still slight. It goes down very easy and the finish is low-medium bitter and somewhat dry. I actually think its pretty damn good really.
